Exciting News!!!!
We just found out that we will be adding another blessing to our family =) We are so excited!!! It has been 6 months since we started trying...and I am about 5 weeks if my calculations are correct and will be due mid-March. I will be making my appt. to confirm my pregnancy soon ( I think after 4 positive tests that we are pretty certain, lol) and to get moving on pregnancy care and such.
If you feel led, Please pray for these things:
*A healthy pregnancy & healthy baby
*A baby boy would be our hearts desire..however, the Lord's will in gender
*No complications in pregnancy
As you can see, We are very overjoyed to have another baby and are so excited to share this awesome news with ya'll!!!

IKE
Well, A quick update after IKE. We are all doing fine. It was definitely a terrifying experience...whoa to the wind. I have never heard anything like that before in my entire life. However, I am happy to say that we are with power (one of the few areas) and we are without any major damage. We lost a few shingles and a few blown over trees...VERY Minor damage!!! With what many other's are dealing with...we are so incredibly blessed=)
This very week we would be leaving Friday for our ladies retreat in Galveston, TX. However, due to the damage that IKE has caused we have rescheduled our ladies retreat for March. Please pray for the many people who have lost homes and loved ones
(3 casualties as of this morning) . Pray for power to be back on, crews to go down and help with the HUGE damage that IKE has caused. Really, There is so much to pray for but I think that an overall restoration of Galveston and the surrounding areas that have been affected could possibly be the mightiest prayer right now.
On another note, This is truly a day that the Lord hath made... the calm after the storm...what beautiful weather. No humidity, sun shining...what a gorgeous day. We will be taking advantage of weather like this for sure =)
I hope that ya'll have an awesome day!!!!
Many Blessings!!!
